They can be a mixture of energy healing, Qigong, Tai Chi, Bach flower remedies, meditation, breath-work, sound healing or mindfulness coaching.
I will show you how to practice in bite-size chunks to help keep the motivation going and avoid the feelings of overwhelm when trying to learn too much too soon. With as little as 15 minutes practice a day, you soon begin to notice changes in your physical and emotional well-being.
