Suitable for anyone familiar with Qigong of any level.
If you are a beginner, you are very welcome to attend and follow along as much as feels right for you.

Covering various aspects (practical and theory) of Biospirals Qigong, usually the Preparatory Sequence, 1st Sequence, a move or 2 from the 2nd sequence or breathwork and meditation.

Level: Suitable for all levels.

2nd Sequence – 8 class, 7 month course

Live online, suitable for those familiar with Level 1 Biospirals Qigong.

This course will cover the 2nd Sequence of Biospirals Qigong and is open to anyone familiar with the Biospirals Qigong 1st Sequence or the Biospirals Ba Duan Jin.

This is an 8 class course over 7 months, recordings will be available if you can’t make the live sessions.
7-8 pm UK time Live on Zoom.

Price is £80 for the whole course, it is possible to pay in 2 instalments of £40 if that’s preferable. See booking site for details. Link below.

There are 7 movements in this sequence, so each 1 hour class will be dedicated to a movement.
(The 8th class will be a consolidation of the sequence and an opportunity to go over anything in more detail.)

We will breakdown each movement and go into lots of detail so that you have plenty of information to practice with in-between classes and long after the course has finished.

* We will also use Master Franco’s 2nd Sequence artwork as a meditation tool to explore the deeper and more symbolic aspects of each movement.

Each unique piece of artwork is a meaningful expression of its representative physical movement but also contains deep symbology and ancient information/consciousness that activates and interacts with your subconscious as you practice with awareness.
(This has been my personal experience at least!).

There are 8 pieces of art in the set, which are provided by Metodo Biospirali Italy.
Sets are available to purchase for £70 which goes to Master Aiko Mescola who holds the royalties to her father’s art.

* I will offer a Q&A session after the 1st hour (from 8pm), I’m happy to take brief questions during the main class but anything ‘deep and meaningful’ can then be saved for the Q&A afterwards.
